Once you’ve placed your order, please email brookleydesigns@hotmail.com with your order number as the subject line. If possible, attach any photos taken in natural lighting, along with any specific instructions for the drawing. Let us know details such as whether you’d like the subject sitting or standing, if you’d like ears added back in, or if you’d like the colours enhanced.

Absolutely! We ship worldwide!

PLEASE NOTE You must keep an eye on your tracking when ordering outside of the UK. If your order is not delivered because you are not home and not collected from your local postal service after the delivery attempt then it may get returned to sender and you will be charged a return delivery fee.

Order confirmations are sent automatically within 2 hours of purchase. If you haven’t received yours, please check your junk or spam folder, as our emails can occasionally end up there!

We offer frames for all our designs at checkout. If you don’t select a frame at checkout, your design will be delivered unframed. You can find more details about our framing service here.
