Once you’ve placed your order, please email brookleydesigns@hotmail.com with your order number as the subject line. You will receive an order confirmation to your email after you place your order with all this information.

I happily ship worldwide. However, please note that any import duties, customs charges, or taxes applied by your country are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees are set by your local customs office and are your responsibility to pay.

If you choose not to pay these charges and the parcel is returned, a refund for custom drawings cannot be issued as the artwork is made to order.

We offer frames for all our designs at checkout. If you don’t select a frame at checkout, your design will be delivered unframed. You can find more details about our framing service here.
